I don't see how my responses are confusing. Archana got us on back to
discussions on "why" the domain change is necessary and we need to discuss
"how" to move on part. Am I interpreting her email incorrectly?

I reiterate my suggestions whatever past influences/ancient history has
occurred only seems to inhibit further development.

If it is true that you/the other administrators do want to see better
involvement / contribution from the other members, let's talk about what
goals, where things are headed and how things can evolve.

As I have indicated already this list "indichix at linuxchix.org" is treated as
an open platform for all sorts of discussions - it's great to have many
discourses shared however, there is no guidance/directions to these
discussions. This leads to name calling, flaming, illogical and arbitrary
threads, at the end of which one forgets what was the logical problem being
discussed.

Further it only confuses "new members" to this list and the participants. It
feels like there was a open discussions about an issue and the minute we
give our feedback, we get punted for opinions. What guidelines/ protocols
should be followed? Why not streamline discussions? Why start separate
threads about same issue and further unhealthy discussions.

As Archana said, blowing minute small problems into humongous arguments,
which leaves no room for discussing "big" problems.
