I have a suspicion it's because you're pointing it at =in/Inbox rather
than /var/spool/mail/akkana .  My procmail / mutt setup is something
similar and I never get asked.  OTOH, the odd time when I access another
user's /var/spool/mail/user spool, I _do_ get asked.
