[Techtalk] C, GTK+2.0 and Multithreathing

Hello,

since I had no need for multi-threaded apps I do not know how to do this
with C and GTK+2.0...  since the app is sleeping in gtk_main().

So what I have is a tree view (directory listing) which must be watched
for new files and updated in a listbox.

So I need to update two widgets continously...

But how?
