IIRC, SuSE ships with Postfix as well.
If nothing else, you could hook up mailscanner or amavisd-new into
Sendmail and then have this quarantine your spam.

Using an access.db file will REJECT the connection at SMTP time and
prevent the mail from entering the queue in the first place. What you
will have to do is whitelist your Exchange server first, so that
connections with your domain in the MAIL FROM are accepted first, but if
the connections come from any other system, then the mail will be
rejected.
