[Techtalk] HOWTO install a multilingual search engine

The HOWTO is finally written.  It's very long (21K of HTML ... and there's
not that much HTML). Here's the URL for those of you who are interested.

I'd love to get some feedback on it. I know it still needs at least a 
little bit of cleaning up...but I've been working on it for over 2 hours 
(plus yesterday's work) and I can't see straight anymore. :)
