I could be wrong here - someone let me know if I am. Palm VII is wireless
and is $449. There are different coverages available but $10 a month is
the least. The Palm V which costs $349 (I think) can be converted into a
wireless device but you have to pay for the device and $40 a month for
coverage. Coverage for the Palm VII is spotty but I hear coverage with
Omnisky (the $40 coverage) is good. 

I don't know any other PDAs that are wireless. You can do all the things
you listed with them. I'm not sure what kinds of things you can do with
phones.
