I suggest doing layout by hand, to ensure correct rendering in
graphical, text and speech browsers.

I also suggest using style sheets for display purposes and keeping
your HTML for content only, as nature intended.

I also suggest using a preprocessor to save you work.

On the other hand, check out the already-mentioned Amaya.
