There are lots of people with lots of experience and knowlegde in this
community, including programmers.  And there are peole who know little about
computers or linux and are just learnig, and everything in between.

I find this a very helpfull place to be, everyone is very supportive, and
they seem to have lots of energy and time to read and reply to post.  I am
sure you will enjoy being a part of the lists.

You may have noticed that there are courses operating from Linuxchix
website. You may find them helpfull in learning programming too.  The
courses are run entierly by volunteers so sometimes fluctuate in what is
active as a result.  There is a C course that is which is fairly active at
the moment.
