We are seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst who will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom programs and application enhancements of a high degree of complexity and scope. This team member may also advise and provide technical assistance as needed related to core Credit Union operating systems.

The salary for this role is $84,000-$118,000 annually based on experience.

About you:
* 5-7 years of successful performance in an IT or technology related role
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, and/or related field
* Proficient with languages such as PowerOn, Java, C#, or similar
* Experience with systems such as Episys, Jack Henry, Symitar is highly desired
* Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
* Can understand technical requirements and system designs and ability to effectively communicate regarding these both with technical staff, vendors, business partners, and senior management


What you'll do in this role:
* Participate in cross-functional teams using agile principles to develop project requirements, scope, schedule, and implementation.
* Consult with internal and external business partners to deliver programming solutions that meet complex business needs, products, and services.
* Coordinate with network administrators, systems analysts, and product owners to assist in resolving problems with software products or Salal technical systems.
* Investigate and resolve issues related to application functionality and provide analysis of root cause problems and implemented solution.
* Create programming documentation to describe program development, logic, database structure, user interface/experience, code, testing methodology, and changes.
* Elevate the capabilities of business stakeholders by sharing development best practices and enabling stakeholders to actively participate in application development lifecycle.
* Write programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or performance of company applications as necessary.
* Perform data manipulation and translation between relational databases, flat files, and assorted data stores.
* Participate in department code reviews and change management activities.
