These tasks look good. Would there be a future discussion on the
platforms or we continue with mediawiki? We could contemplate the
possibility of a CMS such as Drupal/ Joomla.

Have we heard back from inquiries regarding hosting? The reason I ask
is because I can approach a few other universities in the US and see
if they can support us.

I like this a lot. So there is a primary volunteer identified and then
a few others can volunteer to backup in case primary goes MIA.
