If no one has any problems with this draft as of 7th January,
Wednesday night 21:00 hrs (9 p.m.) IST, then I would like to send this
mail on behalf of the list. Is that ok?

(I am quite aware that Swati has not responded to any of the numerous
mails on the subject. This mail is just our attempt to do it formally,
and have it on record.)
