Rest is nicely drafted out. As Hassath pointed out, extremely polite but
succinct.
Great going Sriram! :)
It might require modifications if posting as a comment on her blog.
Worst case, we could probably call her up (if SaniSoft's number is mentioned
somewhere on their webpage). I'm not really sure about that either!
