Well hi, maybe I should introduce myself, I don't
think I've posted on this list before. My name is
Shaz, I'm an 18 year old student in Pure and Applied
science at Dasson College in Montreal, Canada. Now I
know that the whole science program doesn't have much
of anything to do with programming but I've been
learning bits and pieces of programming languages for
a few years now and I can bravely say that I've said
hello to the world in quite a few different languages
including C, Perl, Java, Qbasic/VB (Don't kill me!
hehe) and PHP and ...  The problem is I wanna learn
them all I guess... I can't stick to only one and the
amounts of assignments they give us at college don't
seem to help, leaving me sooooo little time! Anyway,
I've been using Linux for about 8 months or so now and
I find it a fantastic OS. 

In any case I am trying to learn C at the moent, I've
picked up a couple of books and started out, but some
weird compiler errors (invalid breakpoints or
something)  were quite discouraging... But yeah I'm
working on it and I appreciate the help =)
