[Courses] [Python] a small delay

It has been great to see so many people interested in joining the
python course, I think that it is going to be a fun time.  As you no
doubt know some people have had difficulty connecting to the linuxchix
site.  Some of these people are new to programming, so I want to wait
for a couple of days more to give them a change to register for the
course.  It is the people with very little programming experience that
will be most discoraged by finding that they have missed something.  I
would hate someone to be put off by having difficutly subscribing to
the list.
