[Techtalk] Setting up an ADSL router for remote access

I use a no-ip.com address when I need to connect to my friend's computer
across the internet, so that gets around the problem of her having a
dynamic IP address.  Of course, I have not been able to connect in any
case for the past few months because of her new router.
