[Techtalk] Windows XP admin mode?

Not my usual cup of tea but.....

My other half ought a little HP XP Media Center desktop at the auction 
last Friday for 17.50. She wanted the XP Media Center software. It has 
three "users" and Guest. None seem to have administrative access. In the 
log in screen there is no administrator login.

Does anyone have any idea how we can get administrative access?
