[Techtalk] gimp, inkscape, locales.

Hi!
Sorry, this is not Linux topic, but Opensource, anyway.
I have Gimp and Inkscape installed in many computers in my workplace. We
use english as main language, in finnish/swedish location.
The Gimp and Inkscape has swedish or finnish as GUI language when I
start these programs, when all locale files are installed. Where I can
set this GUI language for current user and where to all users?
