20 per day? -- Thats nothing!

A old K6/200 with 256 MByte would do it using Debian GNU/Linux 4.0,
apache2, php5, PostgreSQL, Courier.

I have coded for 2 Years a Request-Tracker for an Enterprise here in
Strasbourg and they handel per day over 1500 Tickets.

It is a small AMD Athlon XP 2800+ with 3 GByte of memory and a 3Ware
Raid-Controller (3x 36 GB for OS and 3x 74 GB for the PostgreSQL; both
Raid-1 + Hotfix).

The whole Ticket Systerm is done over the php5 interface.

Once a while back, there was a real worst case where arround 400 users
and TechSupport had accessed the System @once... It slowed down but
continued to work.

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day/Evening
