[Techtalk] Fwd: How to design temptates?

Hello,

Is there anyone who knows how to design forms? I got this assingment where I
should design/renew my clients form temptates. What program you suggest?
These documents need to open and fill with OpenOffice writer and/or MS
Office Word.
The forms are used when, for example someone is selling a house and need to
examine its condition.
