Hi Amy,

IMHO, This is what might be going on:

1. Your password stored by kopete is really wrong
2. Your user/password pair is right, so try to update your ssl libs and
kopete

Some times, i get the same error. Then all i have to do is the upgrade for a
new version of ssl. All things get back working again.
This might be because of the cryptography layer on MSN protocol. When MS
updates this, you have to update your libs too.
