[Techtalk] spam filters

Thanks for all of the great advice everyone! I was not the one who set
up spamassasin on our mail server, so I have no idea how it is curretnly
configured, and obviously there are a lot of things I can tweak! I'm
going to look around and see what I can do, although I am currently
dealing with a high priority firewall issue, so it may be a couple of
weeks before I can spend much time on it. I will be sure to update you
all on my ongoing fight against spam.
