[Techtalk] Compressing ogg file

Well, for the smallest possible audio that still sounds good, speex 
(www.speex.org) is a great format for human speech.

If you export your slides as pngs or jpegs, you can use transcode or mencode 
(both command line utilities).  You might be able to do this with GUI tools, 
too -- you could try avidemux.
