You don't have to use MSN with Qwest DSL.  When you sign up on the qwest
web site you can pick from several ISP's. I went with a local ISP, Real
Time Systems and have been very happy with the service.  The only thing I
don't like is the crappy ActionTec DSL modem (needs a power off after a
large download) but thats a qwest thing not an ISP thing.
