A friend lent it to me. It's a bit hard for me to help given that I
don't know whether you're willing to spend money or not (and don't own a
copy myself). However, Powells [1], Amazon [2], Barnes and Noble [3] all
have in-print copies. I can't find an Australian online retailer with
copies, although Dymocks and Angus and Robertson both have copies of
some of his other books. Likewise, I checked the USyd, UNSW and CSU
libraries and none of them have copies (although all of them have copies
of his non-fiction), so I don't think I can help more than that.

Something a bit more well known you could look at is "The Mythical Man
Month" by Frederick Brooks. It's not in novel form though.
