[Techtalk] Dual Proc on Red Hat 2.4.20-8 ?

Hi, Bruce, and everyone else,

You need to install an smp kernel.  smp will be part
of the version number.  2.4.20-8 is a kernel version
number not a version of Red Hat.  Which version of Red
Hat are you running?  In any case, download and
install the latest smp kernel for your release, reboot
to it, and you should be in business.
