[Techtalk] Sylpheed and .mh_sequences

Hello fellow LinuxChix,

I've been googling to no avail so I hope that one of you has a hint how to
solve the following:

I've been using mutt for a couple of years now and would like to switch to
a different MUA - sylpheed is the one I like best so far (I do have all
mails in mh format and don't really want to switch) as it understands mh
just fine. The only problem I'm facing now is that I still need to use mutt
along with sylpheed (when reading my home-mail from work and vice versa)
but sylpheed doesn't properly update the .mh_sequences file after reading
new mails. sylpheed-claws does have minimal support for this from what I've
read (e.g. create the file in a new folder) and I really have no idea how
to go about this.
