[Techtalk] mgetty + caller ID

Hello,

I'm trying to get mgetty to just listen on my modem, and log caller ID entries into a file. I searched for documentation, but they're all about configuring it to wait for incoming logins, or receiving faxes or voicemail. I don't want it to even pick up the phone.

So, can anyone tell me how to set this up? Or maybe point me in the right direction?
