[Techtalk] 16GB RAM NOT Support

Dear Friends,

I have Quad processor Intel based board with 16 GB RAM. I have installed Red 
Hat linux 9. I have 16GB Ram but my system shows only 4Gb. How I can solve 
this problem ?
