Without more information its rather difficult to say. I am using 
reiserfs and am quit satisfied with it.
Which filesystem is best is determined by the use you make of the 
machine. At www.namesys.com you will find several benchmarks. They may 
tell you something.
This is the home of reiserfs, so some bias is present.
