[Techtalk] IE problem with webserver & webforms

I am reasonably sure this is a Microsoft problem and not a Linux problem.
If I had access to a IIS server I could confirm it.

I am trying to set up a web survey.  As the response rate is low, and
getting cgi access on the server it is supposed to run on will be
difficult.

For some reason I am able to set the form up and have it work in Mozilla.
Unfortunately, IE just brings up a blank new message.

Any help would be appreciated....
