[Techtalk] Wrox, Friends of Ed and Glasshaus gone

It's been circulating over on evolt, but I haven't been able to find a
news story on wired (or equivalent) yet. It seems as though the parent
company (Peer Group, I think) has gone bankrupt putting Wrox, Friends of
Ed and Glasshaus out of business.

glasshaus.com and friendsofed.com both have notices up on their sites
under the front page news columns.

Has anyone else heard anything other than forwarded letters the authors
have been receiving?
