[Techtalk] Problems building a computer -- it's the power supply

Hi, everyone,

OK, a little research yielded the answer.  Even though the supply is
rated at 300W, which is adequate according to AMD, the combined +3.3V
and +5V power rating must be 220W, and this supply is only rated at
150W.  Even their 400W supply isn't adequate.  It's just plain a crappy
brand of power supply, and it will be returned.
