[Techtalk] Problem in KPPP Dialer

I am using redhat linux 7.3, I am facing problem in kppp dialer, when
I connect to my ISP, its show "loggin to network" for few second and then
disconnect. When I switch my desktop and to gnome then its work fine.
I am facing this problem when my system shutdown abnormally.

Any idea which packge has corrpted so I can reinstall that.
