[Techtalk] online mailing lists that use free software?

I can think of a couple. I am currently using Smartgroups for a couple of 
mailing lists that I manage. I am also subscribed to groups that use 
Topica. Both are decent services, provide decent customer service, they 
do experience downtimes but they are free services.
