Yep, I'm familiar with it.  The D. J. Delorie port of GNU C/C++ to DOS.
I have a MUCH older version that was just the C/C++ port that used about
50 MB. man was not ported at that time, but apparently he's ported more
of the GNU software since then. It's been a few years since I've done
very much in DOS (about 8 years).
