I have seen this message before.

The deal is that the glide library (libglide3.so) must  be
compiled specifically to support the Voodoo3.  There's a
"configure" flag for it.

However I'm not sure offhand what the best way is for a 
Red Hat user to fix this.  I use Gentoo which compiles 
everything from source anyway.
