The debian packages are 'ntp' and 'ntpdate', or 'rdate'.  In case
you're not familiar with the very useful apt-cache command: I found
them using:

  apt-cache search ntp
  apt-cache search rdate

You can also see a description of the packages with:

  apt-cache show ntp

etc..
