Hi,

Sometimes I've also battled it out with formmail, which
hasn't done what it should do. 

Anyhow, the solving has been pretty simple (which usually
means it takes time for a complex mind as mine;). Sometimes
the server has sendmail installed twice and the working
binary is not the one told to formmail. Though this is
probably not the issue as you had to find sendmail by
yourself (probably with 'which sendmail' or alike).

So there might be something in sendmail itself. Can you
check it's log (might be named mail.log, something with
sendmail in it or then even just in syslog, depending on
configuration, naturally)? Do you see it go thru there
without errors? In that case it really should be ok, unless
there's an error in the email-address.
