[Techtalk] Linux Web Design Apps

<I am in the process of trying to switch to a completely Linux
environment. I am a web developer and I was wondering if anyone knew of
any good web developing apps that are for Linux. :)

Quanta Plus is one of the best I gather from research not experience, 
(not sure what W3C says about it) otherwise any text editor if you like 
typing html and kde has a handy test viewer in Konqueror file viewer for 
checking it out quickly in a couple of browsers.
