Do you find those work?  I've tried them in the past and they didn't seem 
to do much for me in the winter.  (I never tried in the summer.)  But maybe 
I just have too much hair. :)

I typically avoid anything resembling a sweater, tie back my hair (and 
moisten it if I'm really worried), ground myself once, and hope. I've yet 
to fry anything sensitive... unless you count zapping cats' noses.
