uhh... well thats fairly mild for me ;) - when im working on graphic
design or music i need somewhere around 1/2 a gig or so...
(yeah, im terrible for multitasking everything too... ;)

oh cool, i'll check them out... :)
i havent fully tested enlightenment to its limits yet - once i get sound
running on this laptop then i'll really push it... that'll be fun :)

actually what im doing at the moment is running enlightenment with
gnome-panel (gnome2)...
i'd be running gnome2 fully but i still can't get gdm to recognise my
gnome entry... weird, theres something in mandrake that resets the
script permissions to 644 instead of 755 on startup, so its never listed
:(...

ouch!... :-(((..
yes, i've needed key-bindings on occasion too, like when im running my
usb graphics tablet and the driver fails... (this happens when you push
it to its limits ;)... and i have to get out and restart X...

i do swear by windowmaker for when im doing sound stuff, i really love
the way it looks too...

thing with me i think is that i have phases... i get bored of the same
window manager and switch from one to the other...aint linux great like
that :)...
