Agreed. What I said was more for humorous purposes. I didn't really expect it to be taken literaly. I have never been in any sort of bitter argument over Python vs. Perl (well.. except for perhaps sarcastically bitter, if that counts), though I have discussed it calmly with many. I have not really even closed my Perl, and I still use it on ocassion. I think that anyone who would be able to get in a literal shouting match over computer language would need to calm down a bit :)
