The LILO mini-HOWTO has directions for making a floppy with LILO on it.

You would of course substitute the lilo configuration of your choice
for the HOWTO's lilo.flop.  And if I was doing this I'd keep the old
boot floppy around, since I'm sure I'd mess up the first time :)
