It does however have a news item at http://www.nic.cx/news.12.02.01.cfm about
changing registrars.

They at least know your domain is *registered*, since the data they have is:
Domain Name: thedreamer.cx
Organisation:
Registrant: ,
Country:
Status: Active
Name Servers:
dns.technolust.cx
ns2.n1uro.com

Do you have access to dns.technolust.cx or ns2.n1uro.comi (ie you run them, or
a friend runs them or your hosting people run them or whatever). If so, you
just need to contact them and tell them where to point thedreamer.cx.
Otherwise, you'll have to hassle the nic.cx people
(http://www.nic.cx/contact.cfm) to change the nameserver. You'll probably want
to contact them anyway, actually, to get the missing details filled in but if
you have access to the nameservers, that's the short-term problem fixed.
