Configure the cards for different io ports.  There is a 3c509 tool for linux
that I believe can do it, or you can use the dos setup program for it  Make 
sure they are not in PnP mode ofcourse.

You might have to remove one card to configere the other, since it would
be hard to differentiate them when they have the same address.
