Hm.  Whenever I've installed ssh, I've done either A:
./configure
make
sudo make install

or B:
apt-get install ssh

It's not pretty much the same as installing and setting up any other
program, unless you want to do something strange.  Do you have any
specific questions like how to enable or disable particular ciphers, or
how to get it ro run automatically?
