UCITA? [was Re: [techtalk] Free FrameMaker beta for Linux]

Where can we find specifics on this UCITA (or what are some specifics)?
Maybe I'm just a lamer, but I've never heard a word about it. I guess I
don't keep up with the layer-isms (no offense) :o)

... and, I suppose, why is it a "threat" (or a non-threat as the opinion
may be) to the GPL/OSS/free software "movement" (I don't really like the
word "movement", but I can't think of a better one right now)?
