[prog] a newbie on the list

Welcome Pat!  Glad to have you.

What languages do you mostly use?  Also, I'd love to know more about 
what a remotely-sensed image is, would X-rays fall into that category?

If you haven't already, you might want to check out some of the other 
Linuxchix lists as well.  Grrltalk, for example, is more active at the 
moment than programming, with several interesting discussions going on. 
  (Although none are explicitly about programming, as those posts WOULD 
come to this list.)
