Try http://textdrive.com -- I recently signed up for an account and it has some
really great features. Ruby and Rails are already installed -- to setup a site
you just type 'rails foldername' in your public_html directory and it'll create
a new site for you. All new subfolders in your public_html directory can be
accessed as folder.domain.name -- so your new Rails site can have it's own DNS
entry! What sold me on the site, though, was e-mail -- I like that they have
Procmail and ClamAV installed. I also like that you can have several domains per
account, even for a $12/month account.
