KEY QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience managing a LAMP stack
• 2 years experience with VMware and working in a virtualized environment
• Understanding of middleware, proxies and application integration
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3,
RDS, etc.)
• Working knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
• Working knowledge of networking (load balancing, TCP/IP, Virtual IP, etc.)
• Working knowledge of storage (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, etc.)
• Continuous integration and delivery tools like Chef, Puppet and Jenkins
• Cutting-edge knowledge seeker that is eager to learn new methodologies
and tools
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and customer-support focused attitude
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in handling confidential company data
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and ability to work in an
open, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

KEY DELIVERABLES:
• Support Infrastructure for the Topgolf gaming system to deliver a fun,
interactive experience for our guests
• Respond to outages and alerts quickly to ensure high availability of our
systems with a focus on our guests
• Refine processes to develop a culture of quality and high availability in
a fast-growing company
• Automate processes to increase efficiencies wherever possible
• Help architect and implement solutions that solve complicated application
challenges around performance, scaling, and security
• Work closely with software engineers to ensure on time delivery of
services
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support and maintenance activities
• Communicate effectively with multiple areas of Topgolf including
Technology Management, Sales & Marketing, Site Operations and Support
• Mentoring and knowledge transfer in the Infrastructure team
